Secret units in Be The Final Boss
Secret is the highest rarity recorded in this database — above Mythic — and the three documented Secret minions each take four population slots: Demon Lord, Skull King and Doomfist. All three are recorded as Summon Altar units, no source publishes a drop rate, and the values below are base Level 1 readings from captured footage and public tier lists rather than our own in-game verification.

Doomfist's Secret rarity is an inference from where it ranks alongside Demon Lord and Skull King: the official Update 2 description confirms the unit shipped, not its rarity tier. No source documents a Secret drop rate, pity counter or guaranteed purchase, and no shop, pack or wheel record on this site contains a Secret unit. read the illustrated Secret units guide with the source footage timestamps
How summoning works
Spend Souls at the Summon Altar to roll or direct-buy units. Each pull can land Shiny, Cursed, or Demonic mutations that multiply ATK and HP. Population Cost limits how many units you can deploy — raise the cap through Population skill tree nodes before chasing two-slot units like Cursed Acolyte or Grave Warlock.
Altar prices in Souls
Every unit card shows its Summon Altar price in Souls — from 1 Soul for Bone Grunt and Skeleton Archer up to six figures for Secret-rarity minions. Cursed and Demonic rolls cost more Souls than the base price. Farm Souls from wave clears and Soul Harness nodes before saving for expensive summons.

Passive ignites enemies with burn DoT over several seconds; strong vs grouped heroes, pairs well with other AoE units
Gamezebo — base rarity prices: Uncommon 1 / Rare 10 / Epic 100 / Legendary 9,000 (believed Shiny Legendary) / Mythic 30,000 / Secret 200,000 souls; rolls persist across sessions; Goblin Rolly NPC; Stop/Pause on Rarity settings

Named in the NerdsChalk/Bax progression route alongside Soul Collector and Deathlock; no panel or stats seen yet — candidate entry
Update 2 game description names Doomfist as the new unit; no stats given
Units FAQ
How do I summon units in Be The Final Boss?
Open the Summon Altar and spend Souls to roll or buy units directly. Each summon can land a mutation — Shiny (×1.3), Cursed (×2.0), or Demonic (×2.5) on ATK and HP. Batch rolls during Cursed Moon when mutation odds double.
What do altar prices in Souls mean?
The Souls number on each unit card is the Summon Altar cost to obtain that minion. The cheapest starters — Bone Grunt and Skeleton Archer — cost 1 Soul each, and other early picks cost 10; Epic and Legendary units run to hundreds or thousands. Mutated variants cost a premium — a Cursed roll is roughly 10× the base price.
Do mutations change unit abilities?
No. Mutations only multiply ATK and HP — active abilities, passives, and Range stay the same. A Cursed Bone Grunt hits harder and survives longer but keeps Heavy Slash. See the Mutations page for full multipliers.
What are the best starter units?
Bone Grunt (guard) and Skeleton Archer (ranged) are cheap at 1 Soul each and strong through early waves. Cursed Acolyte at 10 Souls is the first two-slot support worth saving for once Population II unlocks. Check the Tier List for the full early-to-late progression path.
Where is the tier list for all units?
The Tier List ranks all 20 units S to C by DPS or tanking per population Cost — not by rarity alone. Pair it with this database for raw stats and the Unit Value Calculator for mutation-adjusted DPS comparisons.
What are the Secret units in Be The Final Boss?
Three minions are recorded at Secret rarity: Demon Lord (ranged, 1,170 ATK / 1,800 HP), Skull King (guard, 450 ATK / 5,850 HP) and Doomfist (melee, 900 ATK / 4,050 HP). Each costs four population slots, the highest in the game. These are base Level 1 readings and remain flagged as not yet verified in-game.
How do you get Secret units in Be The Final Boss?
All three are recorded as Summon Altar summons. Only Demon Lord has a documented direct-buy price — 200,000 Souls reported by Gamezebo for the base card, against roughly 2.0M Souls for the Cursed variant seen in footage. Skull King and Doomfist have no recorded price. Because no drop rate, pity rule or guaranteed purchase is documented for Secret, treat any claimed guaranteed method as unconfirmed until it appears in an in-game capture.
