Skill Tree: souls and luck first
Open Boss Upgrades and put early points into Soul Drops and Summon Luck. More souls means more rolls, and higher luck pushes you toward Rare and Epic units faster. Only after those are rolling should you spend on Coin Income, Unit Damage and Boss Health.
Open the Skill Tree and pick the nodes that fund everything else first.

Buy the next weapon tier
Your boss damage matters as much as your minions. Visit the Weapons shop and buy the highest-tier sword you can afford with coins. Each jump gives a flat damage bonus that makes manual wave clears and boss fights much faster.
Swords are the fastest way to raise your own boss damage before harder waves.

Upgrade units with shards
Open the UNITS menu, pick your best minions, and press Upgrade to spend shards. Each star level raises their stats and keeps older units relevant. Shards drop from waves, and common shards can be fused into rare shards for higher-tier upgrades.
