Be The Final Boss Castle System & Raids Guide: Castle Upgrades and Raid Rewards
A walkthrough of the castle system and raid mode in Be The Final Boss: what castle upgrades do, how to join a raid, how damage milestones pay out, and what changes in Phase 2.
Quick answer
The castle system turns your castle into gear: the CASTLE menu has Entrance, Walls, Towers, and Throne slots, and every tier above the Default Castle adds bonuses like Minion Damage, with a set bonus on top. Raids are timed boss challenges announced in your castle — up to six players join, get placed in a boss room, and earn milestone rewards (Coin, Soul, Legendary Fusion Shards) by dealing damage. In the videos, Demonic Skeleton Archers do the damage while a tank like Skull King holds the front. Phase 2 raises the damage goal sharply but improves the payouts.
Video sources
Raid screenshots and steps are based on blankcup's Imperial Knight raid video (2026); the castle menu screenshot is credited to Liam Difu Reynoso's Castle of Gold video. The castle-system feature list was cross-checked against Berlian kecil's August 1, 2026 update video (its creator labels that era Update 3). Menus, bonuses, and reward numbers are exactly as shown in those videos — later updates may have changed them, so verify in your current game version.

Upgrade your castle slots before anything else
Open the CASTLE menu and you get four upgrade slots: Entrance, Walls, Towers, and Throne. Each slot takes a castle tier — in the video the lineup runs from Default Castle (no bonus) through Crimson Castle at +5% Minion Damage, Amethyst at +6%, Chronos Bastion at +9%, up to the Mythic Castle Of Gold at +10% Minion Damage on the Towers slot. A full Castle Of Gold set adds Shard +8%, Minion HP +10%, Minion DMG +12%, Boss DMG +6%, and the Castle Prestige set bonus of +7% Soul from battles — priced at 3.0B coins in the video. Treat these numbers as video-era values.

Castle tiers are upgrades, not just skins: each slot adds combat bonuses and the Castle Of Gold set costs 3.0B coins (screenshot: Liam Difu Reynoso, Castle of Gold video). - 2
Catch the raid announcement and hit JOIN
When a raid is close, a panel appears over your castle — the video shows Imperial Knight with the text "Join the raid and deal as much damage as possible!", a "Starts in 15s" join window, and a Players 0/6 counter, so raids support up to six players. The HUD corner keeps a "Next raid" countdown so you know when the next window opens. If you miss the join window you wait for the next one, which the video shows arriving on a short cycle.

A raid panel pops up over your castle with a short join window — the HUD corner also counts down to the next raid. - 3
Load in, then set tank front and damage behind
Joining teleports you into a boss room where the boss — Imperial Knight [P1] in the video — gets a health bar with its own countdown, alongside a "DEAL DAMAGE TO EARN REWARDS" objective and a Leave button. The video's setup is the community's standard: Demonic Skeleton Archers leveled as high as possible doing damage, with a tank such as Skull King, a Cursed Bone Guard, or an Orc holding the front line. The creator claims his Skull King took almost no damage until Phase 2 — that is his result, not a guarantee.

Inside the raid room the boss health bar runs on its own countdown — bring a tank in front and max-level ranged damage behind it. - 4
Push the damage milestones for Coin, Soul, and Shards
Raid rewards are milestone-based: the CURRENT REWARDS panel fills as your damage climbs — in the video it reads 2.3M / 3.0M and lists Coin +1,000,000, Soul +8,000, and a Legendary Fusion Shard +1. The boss telegraphs heavy area attacks like Imperial Judgment with red circles on the floor, so keep your backline out of them. If other players are in the raid, a damage leaderboard tracks who earns the most.

Expect Phase 2 to raise the stakes
When Phase 2 starts, the boss bar relabels to [P2] with a fresh countdown and the damage goal jumps — from 3.0M to 10.0M in the video — while the milestone payouts improve (Soul +10,000 and Legendary Fusion Shards +2 at that tier). Keep your tank alive through the phase transition and the better rewards follow. Exact goals and payouts are video-era values; expect tuning in later updates.

Phase 2 runs its own countdown and raises the damage goal to 10.0M, while the milestone payouts improve with it.
